A handmade product business that first started as a hobby.

Crochet, Soaps & Oils

I learned basics of crochet in 8th grade and with time i improved myself, the idea of making it a business started when my friends started ordering crochet scarfs, it took me some time to officially launch it and it is a wise dicision.

Adding handmade soap products to my business, strated when i desided to do something about my skin and i was fond of learning how to make a natural handmade soap on my own. I had couple of tries and was satisfied with the soaps i am making and using. It showed difference and that’s when my family and friends started asking me what i am using and pushed me forward and encouraged me to start selling what i am making. It wasn’t an easy or quick decision, it took me months to put it on display and sell it to not only those who i know, but anyone who wants.

Based on request by couple of my friends another hobby that has been added to my collection is Oil making. Hopefuly with time will include more handmade products.

I believe in, start small and grow big, start with what you know and keep learner and improving yourself.

Please follow and show support for handmade product business 😀 and i always welcome new suggestions

Turn your failure into success

2 years ago I started making this shawl, but while making it I stopped because there was not enough yarn and got lazy to go and get more yarn to finish it.

I got lazier and started loosing interest in completeting it and my goal of reaching to a certain length wasn’t reached and I left it undone.

Looking at my unfinished project resting in my cupboard for two years started giving me that feeling of a failure, who starts something and never finishes or doesn’t complete it in a right way and wastes things.

Not accepting my faliure gave me an idea to turn it into something else within a very short time period and get done with it.

So I turned it into a “Cape”, from making a shawl that took me couple of months to ending up making it a cape, took me 10 minutes to do it and my project is completed.

Same thing happened 6 years back, when I first tried making cupcakes, my first try went total failure, but I did not give up, I turned it from ugly weird shape cupcake to a turtle putting his head out.

Sometimes it is hard to accept failure and start over again, but turning your failure to another success is called CREATIVITY.

I believe it is waste of effort, time or money or all three of them if we abandon some unfinished or the unexpected result tasks or projects. It can make you feel bad about yourself and demotivate you. So instead of feeling bad about it and thinking it’s not your thing and never try again, why not turn that failed project into something that would give us an opposite and different feeling about it.

It can take time to get a better idea to finish the task or project, but it’s worth trying to finish it

And this is my finished project

And my turtle cupcake
